Muay Thai heavy bags are typically 5 to 6 feet long, which allows practitioners to throw low kicks (below the waist), knee strikes, and even clinch work (grappling and knee strikes from the clinch).

Heavy Weight: These bags typically weigh between 80 to 150 lbs, depending on the size, filling, and intended use. The extra weight helps the bag absorb the force of powerful strikes without swinging too much, providing a stable target for practicing power punches, kicks, and knees.

Durable Outer Shell

Leather: Many high-quality Muay Thai heavy bags are made from genuine leather or synthetic leather, which provides durability and a more natural feel when striking. Leather bags are more resilient to wear and tear, especially when subjected to repetitive high-intensity strikes.

Vinyl or Canvas: For more affordable options, synthetic materials like vinyl or canvas are commonly
